to & from the venue

Buses have been arranged for the transportation of the participants from the airport to the meeting venue.

All participants are kindly requested to inform the OC about the exact time of their arrival and departure by filling-in the "TRAVEL INFORMATION" form.

The OC kindly suggests, for the convenience of participants, to arrive in Athens early enough on Wednesday, September 8th, to have the time to settle down in the Venue & Accommodation facilities, because on the afternoon another bus will transport you to the center of Athens, where the Opening Ceremony and Reception will take place.

On Sunday, at the end of your stay, buses will be arranged to transport the participants to the center of Athens for the sightseeing tour and finally to the airport for their departure. Sightseeing tour of Athens is estimated to finish around 3-4 o'clock on Sunday afternoon.

Participants who wish to stay in Athens pre-GA (before September 8th) or post-GA (from September 12th and after), will have to find accommodation to a convenient location in Athens. Please feel free to ask the OC for information.

All costs of transportation are included in the registration fee and there will be no extra charges.
